Receptionist / Administrator – Southampton Temporary Contract: January 2025 – March 2025 Hours: Full-time Pay: £12.60 per hour We are excited to partner with one of Great Britain’s leading digital service providers to find a temporary Receptionist / Administrator for a 3-month contract starting in January 2025. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and colleagues, contributing to the smooth operation of the business. Your work will support a business who deliver impactful projects that contribute to societal well-being and sustainability, from urban planning to environmental conservation and emergency response. In this role, you will be the face of the company, welcoming clients and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive front-of-house experience. Answer and direct phone calls and manage email correspondence. Follow security protocols to maintain a safe environment. Use relevant systems to perform administrative tasks for visitors and teams. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Complete various administrative duties as needed.Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in reception or administration.
