Your new companyOur client is a Top 20 law firm with offices across the globe. They are currently recruiting 4 Motor Fraud solicitors/lawyers to join on a remote working basis. There may be a requirement to attend the Birmingham office once a month for training and/or client meetings.Your new roleThis Motor Fraud solicitor/lawyer role will see you defending claims associated with exaggerated claims, fabricated claims and accident circumstances, substituted injury, staged accidents, low velocity impact and organised fraud. You will instruct the firms’ intelligence analysts to conduct investigations. This role will see you speaking to clients, interviewing witnesses and analysing evidence.What you’ll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer, but those qualified through experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience of motor fraud is beneficial, but those with an interest in this field are encouraged to apply. Training can be given to suitable candidates.
