My client is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their innovative and forward thinking firm who are currently in an exciting phase of strategic change. Ideally, you will have a strong Org Design/Change background and proven experience working within a global and complex matrix organisation. Coming from a professional services environment, possibly partnership or corporate structure, you will have successfully led global change projects.
