Expleo are currently recruiting on behalf of our Global automotive client for an Electrical Engineer focused within the harness & power supply validation, on a contract basis. You will be responsible for providing support to the electronic team. Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer – * Ensure the reliability of power supply architecture. * Confirm circuits of electronic parts. * Verify the layout of wiring looms and harness parts. * Assess functionality, performance, and reliability. * Test Planning including develop test plans and create testing procedures, confirm vehicle specifications, and identify test parts required. * Project leader for overall vehicle test technical coordination when required. Skills and Qualifications required for the Electrical Engineer position – * Ideally Degree qualified in a relevant subject matter. * Proficient in electrical theory and the operation of electronic devices. * Harness/EDS experience. * Circuit Diagram Proficiency – Capable of following system circuit diagrams and identifying electrical connections. To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates can work within the UK.
