Exciting Opportunity Alert! Our client is an award-winning, family-run business located in the Redhill area. This fantastic company is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, courteous Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team. Salary: Competitive Location: Redhill Hours: 8:30 – 16:30 The Role: * Oversee order processing and management. * Handle packing and generate invoices for sales and demo products. * Coordinate shipping, including booking logistics and handling sales/demo product dispatch. * Manage product returns, fulfil customer needs, and oversee warranty processes. * Arrange shipments and liaise with international couriers. * Respond to technical queries from customers. * Identify and implement process improvements. * Oversee facility-related tasks, including health & safety, security, and fire alarm systems. * Assist with stock movements within the warehouse, including receiving and dispatching deliveries. * Accurately record incoming and outgoing stock in the system. * Document procedures and processes as needed. * Test and demonstrate new products for customers. * Maintain and update systems with bundled product information and customer service updates. Skills Required for this role… The ideal candidate will have gained customer service experience working within a sector where no two days are the same. You will hold a courteous and empathetic manner when dealing with customer over the phone, and sometimes face to face. You will be have a hands-on, get stuck in attitude; As the team and business continues to grow, it is important to be a team player and help within all areas of the business. * Good self-management skills * Experience of CRM systems * MS office packages including basic excel * Good telephone manner * Attention to detail * Ability to multi-task For your information: *Interested?
