Job Opportunity: Maternity Cover – Dental Practice Manager
Location: Radlett
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Maternity Cover (12 months)
Start Date: June 2025
Hours: 4-5 days per week

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager looking for your next challenge? We\’re looking for a confident and capable leader to cover a 12-month maternity leave at our friendly and well-established dental practice, starting in June 2025.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing compliance, and supporting the team. You\’ll need to be well-organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
• Managing staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes
• Ensuring full CQC and regulatory compliance
• Handling budgets, stock control, and financial reporting
• Delivering an excellent patient experience
• Supporting marketing and practice development initiatives

What We\’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential)
• Strong understanding of CQC, GDPR, and health & safety compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
