Responsibilities

Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documents.
Observe and record the condition of patients.
Coordinate and manage care for the patients, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.
Supervising junior staff.
Provide information and emotional support to patients and relatives.
Administer medication via appropriate route.
Discharge planning.

Role Requirements

NMC Registration
Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
To meet compliance requirement including DBS.
Right to work in the UK – Proof will be required.
