Join their dedicated team as a Chemotherapy Nurse, where you will deliver high-quality, holistic care in the comfort of patients\’ homes.

Responsibilities

Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, as defined in the patient\’s care plan, while maintaining professional standards.
Be an ambassador for delivering patient-focused care, offering quality nursing tailored to the patients\’ needs.
Document all clinical data and report adverse drug events via the correct protocol.
Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge, address any gaps in clinical competency, and stay compliant with all business policies and procedures.
