With Farringdon's rich history as a creative hub, we set to work creating a cosy, bookish space. Our Ruby Stella and her 153 rooms are within strolling distance of the shops and theatres of the West End, along with historic sights like St Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe’s most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

Are you passionate about air conditioning, plumbing or electrical systems and are you also a talented crafts(wo)man? You don’t fancy being on call? Then you’ve come to the right place.

• are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures
• check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel
• coordinate all external facility management service providers
• carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
• work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
• supervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• are responsible for buying the necessary materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager

We’ve been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• a training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical
• several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• gained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers
• good general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing)
• presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you
• willing to work weekends from time to time and, if necessary, take on a late shift
• speaking fluently English
