This is a unique opportunity to launch and lead a dynamic retail space, inspire a like-minded team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in one of Bristol’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with energy and vision
• Drive a culture of exceptional service and outdoor expertise
• Manage key operations, including inventory, banking, and compliance
• Ensure visual merchandising and promotional activity are executed to high standards
• Monitor performance metrics and lead strategies to exceed sales targets

What You’ll Bring

• A proven track record in retail management, ideally within outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors
• Passion for the outdoors, running, and helping others discover the right kit
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• A drive for continual improvement for yourself, your store, and your team
