With continued growth across the region, they are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their Shirehampton office. Role Overview This is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful branch. The role would suit someone looking to build or continue a career in residential lettings within a supportive, structured environment, with clear progression opportunities available. You’ll be responsible for managing applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Key Duties Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable rental properties Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants Negotiate rental offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants Progress agreed lets through referencing to move-in Maintain regular communication with landlords, tenants, and third-party providers Update and manage the CRM system accurately Assist with rental market appraisals and property listings where required Proactively generate new business through applicant management and follow-up Key Skills
