As a Customer Consultant, you will be the person most customers interact with first, either face to face, via the telephone or online. You’ll identify and assist their financial requirements, passing them on to expert colleagues, when necessary. We are dedicated to developing your skills and experience to enable you to provide a standout customer experience, making our customers welcomed and supported when they interact with us.
