Are you our next Shift Leader? Ready to roll up your sleeves, inspire a team, and keep things running smoother than a freshly polished lens? As a Shift Leader, you’ll motivate your team, champion safety and sustainability, and keep an eye on quality, cost and service. You’ll also be your shifts, go to person for continuous improvement, helping the team to work smarter, not harder. You’ll work closely with operations managers and collaborate across departments to make sure everything from machine performance to space utilisation is on point. You’ll have chance to showcase your leadership skills as you coach and develop your team, creating a workplace where everyone feels proud to belong. You’ll bring a natural flair for people management, someone who knows how to coach, mentor and build strong relationships, leading 2 direct reports and a team of 50.You’ll have a flair for numbers, with experience in managing departmental budgets and an ability to spot cost-saving opportunities. You’ll know how to influence key stakeholders and get everyone pulling in the same direction. This role is based full time, on site in Kidderminster.
