About the Role

We are seeking a talented and proven Project Manager to join our growing team at a leading Civil Engineering contractor. This is a project-based role focused on a mixed-use development project in Guildford, which includes both greenfield and brownfield elements and is scheduled to run until the summer of 2026. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this project, managing all aspects from planning and execution to completion. With a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills, you will drive the project forward while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and lead the delivery of the mixed-use development project in Guildford.
  • Contract Management: Manage NEC contracts effectively, ensuring compliance and resolving contractual issues.
  • Team Management: Build, manage, and motivate project teams to achieve success.
