HR Advisor Nottinghamshire – hybrid working with ad-hoc Midlands based travel Permanent & Full Time Up to £37,000 plus enhanced benefits Our not-for-profit client who are based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a driven & enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their growing HR team. This role is super busy and varied, where you will be responsible for your own area of the organisation, providing support and a hands-on approach on a wide range of HR matters. Ideally you will have knowledge/ experience of employment law, be able to lead on ER and take a proactive approach to resolution of casework. You will coach & support leaders in their management of people issues, provide advice on best practice and support their developing people strategy.
