We're looking for a commercially-minded, results-driven performance marketer to take ownership of our paid media strategy across key markets. This is a high-impact role with clear progression opportunities as we continue to scale.
You’ll lead on the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns, driving growth through data-led decisions and close collaboration with our ecommerce, content, and acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Own campaign budgets and performance, ensuring spend aligns with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and implement effective bidding strategies.
- Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Report on performance trends, share insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure landing pages support conversion goals.
- Expand paid media activity across new channels and markets.
- 3+ years’ experience in PPC or performance marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio (or similar).
- Proven track record of hitting CPA/ROI targets through testing and optimisation.
- Confident communicator with a data-first mindset.
- Experience managing international campaigns is a plus.
