Join a supportive, growing team as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team. This field-based role covers the Northwest and Yorkshire regions, supported by a dedicated office team based in Milnrow, Rochdale.

Your Responsibilities
- Perform reactive call-outs, planned maintenance, and remedial work on small to medium-sized AC and refrigeration systems
- Service and repair cold rooms, blast chillers, freezer rooms, and packaged refrigeration units
- Work independently or within a team, depending on site needs
- Maintain van stock and ensure readiness of tools and materials
- Complete digital job reports using field service management software
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (with enhanced pay)
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Valid F-Gas certification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level)
- Proven experience with refrigeration systems and small AC units
- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Comfortable using smartphone-based work systems
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
- City & Guilds 6187-21 (Hydrocarbons) or equivalent - Essential
- CSCS card - desirable but not essential
