We’re looking for a talented Transfer Pricing individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Your work in our Transfer Pricing team will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Junior Director to join our Transfer Pricing team. The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years’ Transfer Pricing experience in the UK, and at least 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector (particularly banking and capital market sector). The bonus point is with experience of working on financial transaction transfer pricing projects.
The new joiner will be expected to deliver projects for existing clients to start with. This would be a direct client facing role and would become a key relationship holder. The ideal candidate should have strong team building skills and with experience of training junior colleagues. The key soft skills required are project management, entrepreneurship, commercial and risk awareness, communication and stakeholder management, and problem solving.
The successful candidate must have the experience, flexibility and aptitude to work on a wide range of assignments as they arise.
The ideal candidate would need to be ACA or ACCA or CTA or CFA qualified.
Candidates will need to have a natural ability to work well with people and be able to develop long lasting and trusting relationships with our clients. A commitment to delivering exceptional client service alongside being a good team player will be the key to success in this role. The successful candidate must be able to drive projects from start to completion.
