We are seeking a motivated, flexible, and personable Deputy Ward Manager to support our Adult PICU. You will assist the Ward Manager and MDT, act as a visible role model for the nursing team, and ensure high standards of care and ward management.
In this dynamic role, you will help lead and support staff, meet the diverse psychological and therapeutic needs of service users, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.
Requirements:
- Experience in inpatient mental health and PICU settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Complaint management experience
