Are you a skilled finance professional ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced industry? At Fresh People we are seeking a Regional Finance Manager to join a leading business within the fresh produce and foodservice sector. The Role As a Regional Finance Manager, you will be a key business partner supporting the management teams across our South West locations: Bristol, Cardiff, Bodmin, and Devon. Working closely with Branch Managers and the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide financial insights, identify opportunities and risks, and contribute to decision-making to drive performance. Office based 4 days a week 1 day a week working from home. About You: Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Proven ability to work effectively with non-finance and cross-functional teams. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills. Flexible team player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent time management skills. Key Responsibilities: Partner with branch managers to provide financial analysis, insights, and support. Prepare and deliver accurate weekly and monthly P&L reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. Produce and evaluate business cases, including capital expenditure proposals. Ensure robust financial controls and adherence to company policies across all sites. Lead the production of monthly management accounts and internal reporting packs.
