Role : Consultant, UK Market Location : Manchester, UK About Us Join a leading Search-to-Search talent solutions provider, operating globally. Their consultants source and place Partners, Managing Partners & Managing Directors into Executive Search and Advisory firms across 4 different continents. They are experts in market insights & consultation with both existing & prospective clients on the latest market trends, and competitor activities. In a market overly concerned with tradition and maintaining outdated processes, they bring new energy. Over the last 2 years they have completed over 50 searches across 15 countries. The Opportunity They are seeking an ambitious individual to join their growing team, based out of their Central Manchester office Working directly under their Managing Director, you will work on the most established desk across the business. This desk already generates over £600,000 annually. As you become more established, you will have more of the desk and market responsibility passed over to you, giving you the opportunity to progress to the Head of UK Search. As a consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering top talent to existing UK accounts, as well as supporting the end-to-end search process and building strong relationships with candidates in the market. Key Responsibilities Attracting top UK talent in the executive search market Build and manage a pipeline of candidates Account Management of existing clients Utilise all recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to manage searches effectively Support in managing existing accounts across the UK Stay informed about industry trends Ideal Candidate Degree educated Ambitious , detail oriented and financially motivated Strong communication and interpersonal skills IT / Microsoft Suite competency What’s in it for you?
