Regional Solar PV Manager (South & South West) Up to £55k Clarkson Evans is the largest electrical and solar installer working in the new build housing sector, wiring over 24,000 homes a year. Our solar PV experts design and install only industry-leading products to the highest standards nationwide. We partner with the UK’s leading housing developers and were delighted to be crowned Subcontractor of the Year at the 2023 Housebuilder Awards. The Role To manage our dedicated solar PV installers, ensuring nationwide panel installations are completed to the high standard we expect. You’ll also oversee solar PV second fixes in areas beyond the reach of our typical geographical coverage for electrical works. Responsibilities Management of the PV installation teams, including recruitment, performance management and on-the-job guidance. Training team members in our installation methods and quality expectations and on new products as required.
