Our client is looking to recruit Store Persons FLT to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Duties
- Ensure goods are receipted quickly and accurately, highlighting any discrepancies.
- Select customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.
- Organise safe storage and transportation of goods, adhering to industry and company guidelines.
- Assist with pre-picking goods to support busy workshop facilities.
- Monitor and control stock, trends, and shortages to maximise productivity.
- Dispose of packaging waste in line with company policy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Vehicle parts experience preferred but not essential.
- Manual handling of goods.
- Good work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Licensed counterbalance forklift driver.
All training is provided.
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 - £29,000 (salary to be negotiated based on experience).
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, extending to 22 after 5 years of service.
- Company pension scheme.
