Job Description Principal Senior Human Factors Consultant Nuclear Hybrid flexible working £negotiable plus bonus, annual pay rise, private health insurance, life insurance plus more We require a Principal/Senior Human Factors Consultant to support our nuclear projects across our extensive client base. You will be working for a well-established, independent safety and risk management consulting and training company, providing risk and safety support. The Principal/Senior Human Factors Consultant will manage and deliver projects nationally and internationally, developing a good understanding of technical engineering and operational issues and continue delivering successfully. You will be:- Providing technical human factors support to colleagues and clients, working in areas such as: Human Factors Integration and Human Factors Engineering support to design and engineering projects. HMI design and assessment, anthropometric assessment / user trials. Safety Culture and Competence Management. Training development and delivery. Safety Case support for claims on operators.
