Elevate Projects are working on partnership with our client, a reputable not for profit provider of affordable housing, to appoint a Retrofit and Energy Efficiency professional to their busy property team. You will have significant experience of domestic energy assessment, experience advising on energy efficiency upgrades, environmental impact and sustainable construction and you will have a good understanding of current energy efficiency investment measures to social homes. You will have knowledge and experience of property management databases and be experienced in managing projects through to completion on budget and to schedule. * Carrying out Retrofit assessments and supporting the team as required by carrying out Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RDSAP) surveys. * Carrying out inspections to determine work requirements, ensuring relevant reports and works orders are raised and works are progressed in line with specifications and time targets…
