For Companies An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor, to work with a regional brickwork subcontractor, on a full time, permanent basis in Waterlooville.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing brickwork and Scaffolding packages, from £300K to £1M, working alongside national house builders.
Quantity Surveyor Duties:
- Measurements and planning.
- Working from a schedule of rates and submitting quotes for approval.
- Organisation of labour and suppliers.
- Site visits and inspections across the South.
- Stakeholder management, maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Performance monitoring customer satisfaction, quality surveys.
- Variations, valuations and invoicing.
Quantity Surveyor Specification:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management would be desirable
- Experience with brickwork
- Full UK driving licence
