Business Development is a bonus. Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented approach to new business development and account management are essential. Understanding or experience of flight planning, load planning, flight time limitations and aircraft performance is required. Understanding of cargo load plans / complex dimensions + payloads and limitations for aircraft is also necessary. A good existing network of contacts within the air cargo charter industry is advantageous.
