Recording sales admin related data onto excel spreadsheets

Prepare quote requests and send to relevant suppliers.

Consolidate supplier quotes, selecting most competitive considering price, lead time and services.

Update Sage part numbers with selected supplier and price information

Create and sending customer quotes.

Place corresponding purchase orders with suppliers.

Check order confirmations from suppliers ensuring part numbers, quantities and requested delivery dates are correct

Submit order confirmations

Completing all round administration

Good administration skills and experience

Will be available to start Immediately

Sage 50 Accounts experience would be advantageous but not essential
