Candidate Consultant – SEND Education SEND Education Recruitment Based in Moorgate Full-timeWe are currently looking for a Candidate Consultant to support our SEND team based in our London Office. Your daily role will be focused on resourcing and recruiting candidates to work within primary/secondary and SEND schools all across London. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and helping candidates find roles in education. You will be generating candidate traffic via advertising, CV searches and other relevant professional media sources. You will be required to monitor job boards as well as generate referrals from our current candidate base. You will be supporting candidates with compliance, helping them with every step of our registration process. This role would suit someone with a background of working in schools / child based roles – Teaching Assistant, Teacher, Youth Worker, Social Worker, etc. Job Responsibilities Advertise new roles CV searching for new candidates Generate a pool of candidates for the SEND team Recruit candidates to join Empowering Learning Ability to engage and support new candidates with the registration process.
