HR Business Partner 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £45,000-£48,000 Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours Location: Liverpool, City Centre We currently have an exciting opportunity working for a well-known transport client of ours in Liverpool, who are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The ideal candidate will report into the company’s head of HR and focus on providing added service through the proactive engagement with Directors, Heads Of Departments and Senior Management. Key Responsibilities Include: Leading and directing the delivery of the company’s HR strategies within their relevant business areas. Building a high-performance culture which reinforces the company values and behaviours which is underpinned by strong performance management capabilities. Representing HR at weekly and monthly management meetings, being accountable for any resulting HR actions. Align with HR solutions to achieve desired case outcomes promptly. Own your own HR case management and then identify solutions independently in all but exceptional cases. Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Training: To hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification at a very minimum. 3-5 years HR experience in a similar role – it would be desirable to have experience in a travel or transport background.
