We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Automotive to join the team at our Trowbridge campus.

As a Lecturer in Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Level 1, 2 and 3 Automotive courses. Your real-world expertise and practical insights will be crucial in preparing our students for thriving careers in this fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Educate: Share your industry knowledge and insights with our eager students.
  • Engage and Motivate: Deliver engaging and relevant teaching, learning, and assessment experiences.

You:

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • Industry Expertise: Substantial experience in Automotive.
  • Passion for Teaching: A strong desire to share your expertise and help others succeed. While a teaching qualification is desirable, your enthusiasm and ability to inspire students matter most; we can support you through your teaching qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Further Education Experience: Experience in Further Education is desirable but not essential.
