This includes over 14,000 assets across 90 million square feet, supported by a robust development pipeline of more than 20,000 residential units.
- Evaluation and business planning of such opportunities
- Managing external advisors – agents, lawyers, building surveyors, valuers, etc
- Present deals to the Investment Committee
- Interaction with the asset management team on strategy and execution of business plans as required
- Preparation and presentation of investment reports for dissemination internally
- Contribute to the formation/implementation of investment strategies
- Assist the New Business team with the analysis and underwrite of property assets as part of corporate acquisitions
- Strong network of agents and advisors within the market
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to understand and interpret data/cashflows
- RICS accredited undergraduate or postgraduate degree qualification
