Brook Street are seeking a Band 3 Medical Secretary to provide essential administrative support at Lagan Valley Hospital site.
Location: Lisburn (Lagan Valley Hospital)
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00
Pay: £11.67 PH
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial & admin support to Mental Health Professionals.
- Manage correspondence, calls, & queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records (manual & computerised).
- Prepare reports & spreadsheets.
- General admin duties (filing, stock ordering, etc.).
Essential Criteria:
- 4 GCSEs (A-C) including English Language.
- 1+ year's secretarial/admin experience.
- Strong IT & communication skills.
