Summary of the role:
Join the Regulated Reconciliations Team (CASS) to safeguard financial integrity by completing daily client money reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with FCA’s CASS regulations. Your work will directly support accurate financial reporting, client money protection, and regulatory adherence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct daily Internal and External Client Money Reconciliations to the penny, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Process journals, operational loss investigations, and rectifications for Mutual Funds with full compliance to CASS 7.
- Prepare regulatory submissions such as CMAR, tax reconciliations, and ensure prompt HMRC payments.
- Support data management for the CASS Resolution Pack and escalate any CASS breach concerns immediately.
- Validate ledger reconciliations and ensure tasks align with Consumer Duty regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of CASS regulations and financial services processes.
- Advanced MS Excel and Word proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience managing tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services finance roles.
