The predicted salary is between 24000 - 27000 £ per year.

£24,000 + Monthly Team Commission (OTE £27,000) – Monday – Friday (Saturdays on a rota basis) (28 days holiday including Bank Holidays), Pension Scheme.

Due to a promotion we are looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established lettings agency in central Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to further their career within lettings negotiation. The office hours are 9:00am – 17:30 Monday – Friday, with an hour for lunch.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords, organising viewings, and ensuring the smooth running of the lettings process.
  • General office administration.
  • Using CRM system to update client files.

Skills and experience

  • A basic understanding of the lettings industry – prior experience within letting or estate agency is essential.
  • Your own vehicle, with Business insurance (Mileage can be expensed at 45p per mile) (essential).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook packages, and ability to learn new software where necessary.
  • Confident in communicating with prospective tenants and landlords both in person and online/phone.
