TSA surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently looking for Retrofit Assessors to carry out assessments on social housing contracts in Southwest.
As a Retrofit Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties including EPC, condition, occupancy and ventilation.
About the Role:
- Ongoing work.
- Price per survey basis.
- All surveys are carried out on asset management software.
- Training and induction provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties.
- Cavity survey using borescope.
- Loft survey.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Inspect various aspects of the property, including insulation, heating systems and other energy related features.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
- Experience in energy.
- At least a year experience within retrofit.
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor.
