On Point Personnel are currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk/Assistant to work for one of their busy residential parks in Pontefract.
Permanent position: Monday to Friday 9am-4pm (1 hour break 12pm-1pm) £24,500
Duties:
- Taking card payments from around 300 residents from 3 different sites, so attention to detail is a must as it's 3 different systems.
- Creating/editing invoices for various different bills.
- Answering calls from residents with queries/repairs.
- Raising repair bookings for the wardens.
- Updating details on an Excel formulated spreadsheet.
- Showing people around the park on viewings (this doesn't happen often but may happen from time to time).
- Helping the owners with any admin/searching on the computer they may require.
Experience:
- Previous experience on Zero system would be a benefit but not essential.
- Excel/Word.
- 1 year experience in payroll.
