Pre-Construction Manager - health and fitness advisory

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and schedules. This role involves conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, tendering work, and keeping up to date on general costs, so you can quickly identify potential challenges when it comes to procurement.
