Product Manager | London Hyrbid | FinTech | Up to £90,000 Unicorn…FinTech…Payments…sound interesting? I am looking for a Product Manager with B2C fintech or lending and credit experience. You will join a business critical B2C team to look after all things onboarding, acquisition and growth. In this role of Product Manager, you will be a dedicated problem solver with an innovative approach to solving customer issues. You will be passionate about building solutions in the right way by utilising customers, data, strategy and risk. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the roadmap for onboarding You will be responsible for shipping products that deliver value in a tangible way for the business Be accountable for product discovery on a continuous basis Be a champion for best practices and Agile ways of working Contribute to the overarching strategy of your product set Stakeholder engagement and customer empathy The right person should be: Entrepreneurial – someone with natural flare would be awesome, or equally if you have done your own things in the past Lending, credit or onboarding experience is critical B2C is very important – someone who is customer centric Have a continuous improvement mindset, champion new ways of working across product Confident with data and using this to innovate and build ideas A strong influencer Customer obsessed; will the product solve the customers problems Hybrid working, but must be able to do 3 days a week in the London office If this sounds like you and you and you have B2C Fintech or eCommerce experience then please get in touch on bb@redcat-digital.com
