Championing Safety. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Fleet Assurance Manager to lead safety assurance across our rolling stock operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure the continuous improvement of fleet safety, embed effective assurance practices, and drive engineering excellence across our operations.
- Fleet Safety Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of fleet safety, managing safety-related defects and driving performance improvements.
- Incident Investigation: Lead root cause investigations into fleet-related service incidents and implement preventative solutions.
- Strategic Fleet Management: Oversee technical assessments of fleet changes, ensuring alignment with commercial, financial, and delivery priorities.
- Rail Engineering Experience: In-depth knowledge of UK rolling stock systems, particularly EMUs, and the engineering change process.
