This professional services organisation is a local Lisburn business, operating within the private sector across Northern Ireland.
Your new role:
- Handling a busy telephone line
- Dealing with enquiries and relaying accurate messages appropriately to team members
- Communicating with customers and managing their enquiries
- Managing the reception mailbox, including checking voicemails and forwarding on to appropriate team members
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation in the reception area at all times
- Setting up meeting rooms before and after use
- Various ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and postage duties
- Holiday cover for Office Manager
- Any other duties as required from time-to-time
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a receptionist or business support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT proficient with the use of MS Office Packages, with proven experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
