This professional services organisation is a local Lisburn business, operating within the private sector across Northern Ireland.

Your new role:

  • Handling a busy telephone line
  • Dealing with enquiries and relaying accurate messages appropriately to team members
  • Communicating with customers and managing their enquiries
  • Managing the reception mailbox, including checking voicemails and forwarding on to appropriate team members
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors at reception
  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation in the reception area at all times
  • Setting up meeting rooms before and after use
  • Various ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and postage duties
  • Holiday cover for Office Manager
  • Any other duties as required from time-to-time

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a receptionist or business support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT proficient with the use of MS Office Packages, with proven experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
