As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Managing the reception area and greeting visitors.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Providing administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assisting with HR administration tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox.
  • Supporting the payroll process by inputting data and ensuring accuracy.
  • Taking accurate meeting minutes and providing general administrative support to the wider team.
