NESFircroft are continuing to partner with an industry leading Power Cabling client actively sourcing for an Environmental Clerk of Works (ECoW) / Advisor to join an expanding team on their high profile onshore HVDC Project. The ECoW / Advisor role will be construction site based, supervising and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and environmental / ecological good practice. This will be a long term contract opportunity 12 months + for the right candidate Please note the role has been assessed as inside IR35 (Umbrella and PAYE only) Candidate Requirements Degree / diploma or equivalent in Environment and / or Ecology Hold a valid CSCS or CCNSG Card At least 5 years’ experience as an ECoW / Advisor Hold membership with the Association of ECOW’s as an associate member or better (desirable) Have active Continual Professional Development as an ECoW / Advisor. Previously held ECoW positions on HVDC / Large Civil Projects Fully conversant in Scottish law, legislation and consenting (SEPA etc). Competent in ensuring compliance with Environmental Plans and Procedures at a site level. Experience in monthly Key Performance Indicator Reporting including waste and material data gathering.
