We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Representative to join our team at NoteMachine UK Ltd in Crickhowell. The Client Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our clients and ATM users., * Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
