Looking to be the welcoming face of a high-quality residential development?

We\’re working with a market-leading property management company to find a professional and proactive Day Concierge to join their Wood Green-based team. This is a key front-of-house role ensuring residents and guests receive an exceptional level of service and support every day.

The Role:

• Provide a warm welcome to residents, visitors, and contractors

• Manage the front desk, handle calls, emails, and face-to-face queries

• Oversee parcel and post deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and storage

• Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control to maintain building safety

• Conduct regular patrols and report any maintenance or safety issues

• Liaise with contractors and the property management team as needed

• Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

• Maintain accurate records using Outlook, Word, and Excel

What You\’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail

• Good working knowledge of building security and safety procedures

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies

• Confident using Outlook, Word, and Excel

• A helpful, can-do attitude and a polished, professional appearance
