Providing valuable input to the team, the role of the Service Manager requires a professional and experienced individual to join the team and instantly make an impact to this award nominated company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing service management support and expertise to colleagues at all times
- Ensure that services are safe, effective, person centred and of the highest quality
- Maintaining quality and compliance of the service to CQC standards
- Lead the performance, supervise, coach and mentor your teams
- Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure that regulatory requirements are met
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, promoting the service of the business
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position, within a healthcare environment
- Experience of managing teams, setting standards and motivating colleagues
- Care Diploma, level 3 or above
- Sound knowledge of 'person centred' care
- Experience in risk assessments and support planning
- Enthusiasm and creativity with regards to service improvement
