A fast-growing international luxury activewear brand—known for fusing comfort, design, and affordability—is looking for a Wholesale Operations Manager to join its London-based team. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role, managing the full wholesale lifecycle from sales orders through to delivery across global markets. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Own the operational process from Sales Orders to Purchase Orders through to global Delivery
- Manage seasonal wholesale orders, prices (FOB and sell-in), and critical margin sheets
- Input and maintain all product and order data in the ERP system
- Raise and issue purchase orders and sample orders to suppliers
- Issue clear packing and shipping instructions for global dispatch
- Liaise with suppliers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams on product updates, order tracking, and status reporting
- Support pricing discussions with accurate cost breakdowns and analysis.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, ideally in fashion or activewear
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Detail-driven with strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling business with evolving processes
- Friendly, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
