My client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting candidate to join their Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career within HR and receive full training and study support. Based at their head office, the role will involve:
- Day-to-day processing of time and attendance records
- Monitoring absenteeism and holidays
- Processing changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Co-ordinate return to work absence control forms
- Ensuring return to work forms are completed by the appropriate manager
- Administering contracts of employment
- Setting up new starters on the database
- Creating and maintaining personnel files
- Communicate with internal and external partners
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail must be important to you, as is a getting it right first time attitude, a positive approach and a commitment to providing first-class customer service. You will have the ability to multi-task; have a flexible approach to work, with good basic administration, computer and numeracy skills. Full training will be provided in a variety of tasks within the HR function.
