We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, proactive, and polished Office, Projects & Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.

You’ll be the right hand to our CEO and COO, ensuring their time is optimised and the business runs smoothly — while also jumping into exciting internal projects and keeping our office environment humming.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and COO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and booking travel.
  • Be the heartbeat of the office — ensuring everything runs smoothly, from facilities to supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and building management to keep operations seamless.
  • Support new starters, help run internal events, and foster an upbeat office culture.
  • Get stuck into business-critical projects across different teams, providing admin and logistics support.
  • Help track milestones, gather insights, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

Proven experience in a similar role — supporting senior executives, managing offices, and coordinating projects. Meticulously organised with excellent time management and a love for getting things done. Tech-savvy — confident using Microsoft Office and tools like ClickUp, Slack or Trello.

This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Berkshire House. This is an office-based position.
