A leading UK corporate finance advisor is now looking to recruit an associate into their London team. The firm has a really strong pipeline of work, advising both private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions. They are a generalist firm, and work across a range of sectors. Their focus is mid market deals.
In this role you will:
- work as part of a small deal team alongside partners working on all aspects of deals
- have extensive interaction with clients on transactions
- take responsibility for major parts of deals getting involved in deal negotiation
- financial modelling, financial analysis, deal structuring
- expect to work across a broad of deals
